Silent Salon Policy
We ask all our clients to turn their phone to silent when entering the salon please. As this ensures te salon is a quiet and relaxing environment for everybody.
Appointment Policy
Eyelash treatments: You must come to your appointment with make-up free eyes. We can tolerate foundation etc. But absolutly no makeup on the eye area or your lashes. Contact lenses must be removed.
Reaction Policy
Reactions are unforeseeable and can happen to anyone at anytime at no fault of the technician or product. We cannot offer a refund if this occurs, however we advise you o contact us immediately so we can offer you a solution to the condition (e.g free removal of the extentions). Also see you doctor immediately if you are concerned. Every client will always read through and sign a disclaimer form and be made aware of everything prior to their treatment
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to give us 48 hours notice, their will be 50% surcharge under no circumstances.
Lash Extension Patch Test Policy
Patch test is required 24-48 hours prior to your full set of lashes. We require a £25 deposit payable of the patchtest appointment. A patch test appointment takes 5-10 minutes - we apply a few lashes to the natural lash line and also apply a small amount of adhesive behind the ear. If a reaction was to occur you must tell us within 24 hours to receive a full refund of the deposit.
